We are always looking for Consultants to join our rapidly expanding business.
Our Consultants usually specialise in either finding Temporary or Permanent jobs for people.
Either way, the role encompasses candidate attraction and selection, client development and long term relationship building.
In most offices there is an equal emphasis on sales and business development as well as providing the highest possible levels of service to our candidates and clients. This balance is key to our vision of finding jobs for people and people for jobs.
We have plenty to offer the right people who can demonstrate the right attitude. Your enthusiasm and passion is the most important attribute that we look for. So, apart from having the right attitude what do you need to do?
We expect our consultants to demonstrate and be measured against the following criteria:
- To effectively participate in the team and demonstrate responsibility for personal continuous professional development
- To attract suitable candidates for the local market to maximise personal and business performance
- To engage with the client sales strategy of the office by using local and market sector knowledge to maximise business performance
- To effectively communicate and participate in informing and encouraging two way dialogue with the team, as well as with candidates and clients.
- To identify every opportunity to maximise profitability in the local marketplace
