As a dedicated people organisation, to make sure that we are doing all we can to reward and recognise our people, employee surveys are conducted every six months. Incentives include peer group recognition through a system of e-cards, superstar events and our annual conference where individual performance is celebrated. Ultimately we are aiming to achieve a culture of membership, where people feel they belong and where they choose to work.
Training our staff to be the best in their class is fundamental to our service delivery. We are accredited to run the industry recognised REC Foundation Certificate.
