We need YOUR support and ongoing partnership with our team to ensure that all safety measures are being followed. PH has implemented comprehensive protocols based on CDC, Federal, State and Restaurant industry recommendations. These guidelines relate to physical modifications, operational standards, and training which includes following occupancy guidelines, table distancing and prioritizing the recommended social distancing measures. These written protocols are available below and in the Club. We understand that our safety protocols may be uncomfortable for some but, we are living in a new normal. We have outlined below a reminder of how you can help us ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all who come through our doors.
The Do's and Don'ts of Park House During COVID-19
-Make Reservations in Advance… for both dinner and cocktail service to guarantee we can accommodate your party.
-Social Distance… please respect others personal space and allow at least 6 feet when moving around PH, using elevators and bathrooms.
-Wear a Face Mask… At this time, members and guests are required to wear masks when they are entering and walking around the Club. Masks do not have to be worn once seated at a table. Our PH team will also be wearing protective masks and gloves.
-Keep to Your Own Group… group seating or socializing together may not exceed the mandated maximum of 10 per party.
-Clean Your Hands Frequently… utilize the hand sanitization stations located throughout the club and bathrooms.
-Respect our Protocols and Staff... these guidelines are not only put in place for YOUR safety, but also for our team. If our PH Team requests that members alter their behavior based on our safety protocols and guidelines, they are doing so to ensure PH is both a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
-Come if You Feel Sick... if you, your family or guests are feeing unwell, running a temperature or have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not visit the Club.
-Just Show Up… please try to make an advance reservation for dining and/or cocktails, so we can plan for your arrival and ensure that your group can be accommodated with our restricted capacity.
-Congregate in Large Groups... maintain a minimum of 6 feet social distancing from other members and guests that are not in your immediate party. We know we are a social club, but right now we highly discourage handshakes and giving hugs!
-Bring Large Groups… we allow a maximum of three guests per member. However, if you arrive without a reservation, we may not be able to accommodate your party if our seating capacity has been met.
