Come learn how to make the Park House favorite, focaccia bread with Pastry Chef Eric Burrell. During the class you will learn how to prepare our special recipe. 

Chef Eric will demo the making of the dough and explain the process. Each guest will then get their hands dirty and shape their premade dough and prepare for it to be baked. During the baking, you can relax with a drink and Chef Eric will go over bread baking, flour types and the general Do’s and Dont’s. You will then get to take your bread home for you to enjoy.

When: Wednesday, May 12th from 6:00PM to 7:30PM
